It is our general impression that wood is a hard material. I spent many hours hammering wood and taking it apart and in doing so I discovered that each piece is composed of wood fibers that look like human hair, messed up and untidy after sleep. I want to make it tidy with a comb, and to make it look impressive. These hairstyle brooches are inspired by this concept.
