The shapes and colours of my work are based on the representation of emotions and how we transmit them to others. They individualise each emotion and each form of expression, and the introduction of drawings and patterns adds something to the viewer’s reading of the piece, because nothing is purely black and white – between these two opposites there are many nuances.
