I have created five pieces of jewellery for the hair or head, each inspired by historical and cultural designs from Eastern countries and Finland’s natural environment.

I chose Korea and Japan because of my interest in these countries and their cultures. The nature of Finland is represented in the form of leaves forged in copper and natural pieces cast in silver. Using these techniques, I wanted to replicate and preserve the fragility of nature and its intricate details in something enduring.
